You don’t need to do anything dramatic for this.
Just notice the pace of your breathing.
And then… slow it.
Not forced.
Not exaggerated.
Just enough that your body begins to follow.
There’s something about slowing yourself down like this…
it makes everything feel a little heavier,
a little more intentional,
a little harder to ignore.
You can feel that shift, can’t you?
