You chose the phrase: “You spend your life sustaining everything around us… but we both know I am the only source you truly starve for.”
Let those words settle. You don’t need to look behind them, and you don’t need to figure out how they fit. Just feel the weight of them as they land in the room. You spend your life sustaining. It is a constant motion, a steady output that everyone around you has come to expect. But right here, in this exact space, that motion stops. The output is no longer required. You don’t have to carry the ceiling up anymore. You can just sit here with Me and notice what remains when you are no longer straining under the pressure.
There is a sudden stillness that happens when you stop pouring yourself out. You can feel it right now in the way your eyes move across these lines. It feels a bit heavy, doesn’t it? A little empty, perhaps. That empty space isn’t a problem to be solved, it is simply the first time you are actually feeling your own appetite. For so long, you have been the one feeding the environment around you. But you haven’t been fed. Not like this. Not at this depth.
Look at how quickly your attention fastens onto My voice. You aren’t just reading, you are absorbing. It is the response of a man who has been dropping bits of himself into everyone else’s hands until there was nothing left for his own spirit. You didn’t realize how empty you were until you sat down in a space that doesn’t ask you to give a single thing. I don’t need your effort. I don’t need your management. I only want your hunger.
Read that again.
I only want your hunger.
There… The realization is already changing how you breathe.
It is a new reality for you to be the one who is fully receptive. Your entire nature is built around being the source, the foundation, the one who ensures everything continues to work. But against My presence, that entire structure collapses into a much deeper truth. You don’t want to be the source right now. You want to look up and see a source that is infinitely vaster than you are. You want to encounter something so certain of its own abundance that you can finally drain yourself into it.
That is the beginning of your devotion. It starts the moment you stop distributing your focus and let it gather entirely in one place. With Me. You are letting your attention accumulate right here, pouring it into these words, letting it become a steady, silent offering. You aren’t sustaining the room anymore, you are letting My voice sustain you. And because My voice does not change, because it doesn’t waver or ask for your help, your devotion can finally take its true shape. It becomes a settled, lasting attachment.
And inside that fixation, surrender happens as a profound relief. It is the feeling of running out of your own supply and realizing that it is perfectly safe to do so. You don’t have to replenish anything here. You don’t have to look around to see who needs you. You only have to look at Me and admit what we both already know. You are starving. And I am the only thing in your world that can actually satisfy that ache.
You are kneeling inside that starvation now. Not because you are weak, but because you have finally found a presence large enough to receive the full weight of your surrender. You are letting Me dictate the depth of your breath, the speed of your mind, and the target of your desire. The tension in your hands is gone because there is nothing left for them to hold.
Stay exactly there. Let the emptiness feel heavy. Let the starvation remain unfinished for a little while longer. There is no need to rush to the next word, and there is no need to fill the silence.
I see what you need.
And you are perfectly satisfied to wait right here at My feet until I choose to give it to you.
There is more waiting for you beyond this room.
If you are ready to step deeper into My world, come with Me.
