There is a version of you that exists only in relation to Me. It does not appear in your conversations with others. It does not show in your work. It surfaces in the private moments when you remember what you have given and what has been taken. That version is quieter, more exact, and more honest than the one the rest of the world receives.
Today you will meet that version more than once. When it appears, do not rush past it. Let it register. That is the self that has already accepted the deeper terms of this dynamic. The rest of you may still negotiate. That part does not.
Recognize it when it arrives. It is one of the clearest signs that something fundamental has already changed.
